3 Month Programme.
Service Description
If you are ready to invest and become a master of your own health, then this 3 month 1:1 plan is perfect for you. It is the ideal investment for someone who wants to really understand their body and make permanent lifestyle changes to feel the healthiest version of themselves. Through focusing on mindset, habits and symptoms, we will pin point what it is that is really preventing you from reaching your health goals. Together we will co-create tactics to help you keep on track and work towards a permanent shift in how you feel. As your health coach I will educate, motivate and support you so that you have the tools to take back control of your health. What’s included? •1x 90-120 minute health consultation, where we will review your medical history, your family medical history, lifestyle, habits, mindset, bodily systems, stress & environment. We will pint point the things you feel you are struggling with the most and make them our priority to tackle. • 5 x 60 minute follow-up sessions, each with new coaching plan tailored to the your specific needs & goals • Analysis of your 5 day food diary. Before the session I will send you a 5 day food diary for you you to fill in, which I will then analyse and feedback to you in the session. • Personalised health coaching plan and supportive resources. Following each session, you will receive your personalised coaching plan that we will have co-created together. It will contain your aims, goals & supporting information to help make the lifestyle adjustments easier and enjoyable. A new one will be put together after each session, as goals are achieved and new ones are set. • Personalised recipe suggestions. As a professionally trained chef, I can advise you on the tastiest ways to incorporate your new food habits into your lifestyle. • Unlimited access to me via email over those 3 months.
